      Orders placed between November 27th until December 23rd will have until Jan 10th to initiate return.

      Returns are accepted on qualifying items only. Please refer to the Returns section below to see what items are eligible for return.

       

      Shipping

      Domestic Shipping

      USPS IS CURRENTLY EXPERIENCING SHIPPING DELAYS. Delivery times may be extended. 

      Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Processing time is 1-2 business days. All domestic orders over $100 (pre-tax) receive Free Shipping! Any amount under $100 will be charged a flat rate of $7. Shipping time can vary between 2-5 days depending on where you are in the country. Please take this into consideration when checking out. All domestic orders are shipped via USPS or UPS depending on order weight and size.

      If you need orders rushed sooner than the Standard Shipping time please select appropriate Rush delivery options at checkout. If you have further questions regarding shipping feel free to contact us at elaine@shopsundrift.com and we'd be happy to assist. 

      Sundrift is not responsible for lost, damaged, missing or delayed items once packages are handed over.

      Please make sure the correct address is listed on the order form. Incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses may result in your package being returned or abandoned. Any return shipping fees or loss of item is to be covered by the customer if this occurs. 

       

      International Shipping

      We currently offer shipping to Canada via USPS Priority Mail International. Please note all applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Check with your local customs office to get specific tax and duty information.

      The following items are not eligible for return.

      • All sale and/or promotional code items are FINAL SALE.
      • Home Goods are FINAL SALE.
      • Earrings are FINAL SALE.
      • Vintage is FINAL SALE.
      • International/Canada orders are FINAL SALE

      No returns, refunds or exchanges will be issued on these.

       

      FREE Domestic Returns

      Some things just aren’t meant to be….

      We will gladly accept eligible items for a full refund. Items must be unworn, unwashed and with original tags attached in order to be eligible. Returns must be postmarked within 7 calendar days of order delivery.

      To process your return, contact elaine@shopsundrift.com and follow the instructions below:

      1. Write the title RETURN in your email subject line and Include the following information in your email
        • Name
        • Order/Invoice #
        • Item(s) you are returning
      2. Once emailed, you will receive a (FREE) return shipping label to use for your package.
      3. Please include the original packing slip or order # in the return shipment.

      Return shipments must be postmarked within 7 calendar days of the order delivery date. If returns are not shipped within this time frame it is ineligible for a return and will not be processed. 

      Please allow up to 3 days to process returns. Original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable and will be deducted prior to issuing store credit. We will send a confirmation email upon completion of the return. 

      If returns do not meet the above requirements we will notify you and immediately return the item(s) back to you. Shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility. 

      We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows any kind of wear, damage or alteration.

       

      Exchanges 

      We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like to make an exchange please follow the return instructions above for the original item(s) and then make a new purchase for the item(s) you wish to buy instead.
